• You are a prospective customer and a service user of fareferry.com.

• You possess the legal authority to transfer the payment for the services availed through the website.

• Fareferry.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion to request related documentation for any bookings that requires validation from the cardholder. Cancelation can occur if the requested documents are not submitted.

All fares being displayed on our website are in USD. Air Fares for airlines are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The fares are only guaranteed once the transaction has been completed and the flight tickets have been issued. Airlines may change their air fares without notice. In case, if the air fare for airline changes after you have made a flight ticket booking request to us that affects your booking fares, we will inform you of the price increase before taking any further steps.

All flight ticket bookings on fareferry.com are non-refundable after 24 hours, unless otherwise stated. Air fares from airlines quoted to you does not include airline baggage fees. In some cases, if you want to make reservation for a flight tickets of First/ Business Class, you may search for the both or only First/ Business Class fares on the result page depending on the airlines/suppliers (as some airlines/suppliers only offer Business Class and not first class). Please go through the flight booking itinerary carefully before confirming the reservations.

In several instances, you will be receiving a confirmation e-mail from us before your flight ticket has been issued. It no way shows that the flight booking procedure has been completed. You should wait until you have received a ticket number through email from fareferry.com. In most of the flight booking cases, you will be getting an ETKT confirmation within 24-48 hours, and before 72 hours for flights to any international destinations. All bookings made on Fareferry are not guaranteed until ticketed.

In some instances, after the confirmation of a flight booking, the air fare can change as revised by the particular Airline. We will inform you of any air fare changes to flight ticket and we do not hold any responsibility - financial or otherwise, for any such air fare changes made by the supplier/airline. We will inform you through an official email stating the new fare issued by the airline. You may choose to either cancel or still book the flight ticket at the new air fares. You have the right to cancel the flight ticket booking at no additional charges or fees if there is a fare change taking place before ticketing and prior to your card being charged. Every Airline has different set of policies and conditions concerning schedule changes, which are beyond fareferry.com's purview.

Air fares from airlines quoted on Fareferry.com doesn’t include any airline baggage fees. If you desire to check-in baggage, you are responsible to pay additional charges to the airline. In today’s scenario, almost all airlines across the world have been charging extra fee for baggage even if it is the first Check in baggage. We suggest you to travel light, if you want to save these additional charges being levied. To calculate the baggage fees for each airline, please examine the Airline’s Baggage policy. Baggage fees are determined by the size, weight, and number of pieces of the checked bag with the airline.
