The Service fees charged for bookings made through customer care center – Ticket Bookings made by customer care center, whether it is round-the-world or complex multi-stop itineraries, the service fee charged may be higher than the one applicable on online bookings. This service fee varies between $10 and $200. Senior citizens are charged up to $100. Premium package benefits are included in Contact Center bookings.
